A former Division I athlete, Kelsey played softball at the University of Florida from 2010–2013, helping lead her team to a Women’s College World Series runner-up finish in 2011 and an SEC Championship in 2013.

Professionally, she is a practicing PharmD with more than eight years of experience across community pharmacy, home delivery and specialty pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, and pharmacy management. She also completed the USC Executive Sports Pharmacy Certificate program.

Kelsey is an active member of the U.S. Sports Pharmacy Group and is passionate about advancing the role of pharmacists in athlete health, performance, and medication safety.

A former Waynesville City Councilman and 2014 Dayton 40 Under 40 honoree, Kyle has been a national speaker on drug pricing transparency and PBM reform long before it became federal policy. He was featured on CNBC Squawk Box in 2017 discussing the very issues now driving CAA 2026 compliance requirements.

Kyle brings a practitioner’s perspective to PBM reform with 15 years of fiduciary conviction and real-world results.
