Dr. Nicolette Mathey is a pharmacist, entrepreneur, and industry leader dedicated to helping independent pharmacies thrive in a competitive healthcare landscape. She began her career at 16 as a Walgreens cashier and went on to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida. She previously owned and grew Palm Harbor Pharmacy, exiting in 2023, and remains active in ownership as the founder of Achieve Pharmacy, a 503B fulfillment model.

Kelsey Horton is a standout graduate of the USC Executive Certificate program and brings a strong combination of leadership, professional experience, and athletic achievement.
A former Division I athlete, Kelsey played softball at the University of Florida from 2010–2013, helping lead her team to a Women’s College World Series runner-up finish in 2011 and an SEC Championship in 2013.
Professionally, she is a practicing PharmD with more than eight years of experience across community pharmacy, home delivery and specialty pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, and pharmacy management. She also completed the USC Executive Sports Pharmacy Certificate program.

Kyle Fields is the Founder and CEO of Appro-Rx LLC, a national fiduciary mindset pharmacy benefit manager built on a zero conflicts of interest model. He founded Appro-Rx in 2011 and has spent 15 years challenging the Big 3 PBM model that has cost employers and patients billions in hidden margins and undisclosed conflicts.
A former Waynesville City Councilman and 2014 Dayton 40 Under 40 honoree, Kyle has been a national speaker on drug pricing transparency and PBM reform long before it became federal policy. He was featured on CNBC Squawk Box in 2017 discussing the very issues now driving CAA 2026 compliance requirements.
